An online shop that can really do it all

Sell, Tell, Connect – Online and Locally

You don't just want "any old online shop." You want a place where everything comes together: your physical products, digital downloads, a blog that explains and builds trust, a newsletter that retains customers, vouchers for special occasions, discount campaigns for your loyal customers – and ideally, even a connection to your local store.

The good news: This isn't wishful thinking. Shopify can do exactly that. The more honest news: Between "Shopify can do that" and "my shop actually does that" lies a lot of work – and that's where my support comes in.

What a Modern Shopify Store Can Really Do

Before we talk about my work, it's worth looking at what's possible. Many underestimate just how much a Shopify store can offer.

Physical products with everything that entails. Unique items, series products, variations in size, color, or material, small sets – everything can be clearly set up and organized into collections so visitors can quickly find their way around.

A blog that works for you. Shopify comes with its own blog function. This means you don't have to jump between a separate website and your shop. A blog article can answer questions, share experiences, build trust – and link directly to relevant products. Shop and story in one place.

A newsletter foundation that grows with you. Already in the checkout process, visitors can opt-in to receive communications via email. This allows you to gradually build your own customer list – for new products, seasonal promotions, or special offers, without relying on social media algorithms.

Vouchers and discounts as a true marketing instrument. Gift cards can be sold and later redeemed in the shop – ideal for gift occasions or as a little extra for loyal customers. Plus, classic discount codes: percentage-based, fixed amounts, "buy X, get Y," or free shipping above a certain order value.

The bridge to brick-and-mortar sales. If you have a physical store, a market stall, or a farm shop, you can connect it to your online shop via Shopify POS. Orders and inventory can then be tracked across both worlds – no more separate coexistence of "online" and "on-site."

SEO fundamentals that run in the background. Page titles, descriptions, image alt text – all of this can be maintained so that your shop has a fair chance in Google search, instead of remaining invisible.

In short: The platform is not the problem. It can do practically anything you want. The real issue is something else.

The Real Difference: An Access Is Not a Finished Shop

This is where many get stuck. Opening a Shopify account takes five minutes. But after that, you're faced with an empty system full of possibilities – and this abundance quickly becomes overwhelming.

Which theme suits my products? What goes on the homepage, what in the navigation, what in the footer? How do I set up products so they are actually found later? Where do I set up the blog, and how do I connect it meaningfully to the shop? How do vouchers work, and how do I start my newsletter without spending days reading up on it?

These questions are not minor details. They determine whether a shop ultimately appears reputable and remains usable – or whether it looks like a half-finished construction site, with empty pages and an unclear structure. This is precisely the gap between technology and a usable result that I bridge with my work.

My Shopify Ready-to-Go Premium Package – Structure Instead of Patchwork

I don't just build you any shop. I build you the shop that suits your product range, your content, and your way of working – including the building blocks that make it more than just a product list.

1. Strategic consultation before setup. Before a single click happens in the admin area, we clarify together: What should your shop be able to do? Are physical products paramount, or should the blog play a central role from the outset? Should the newsletter run directly? Do you plan to integrate your brick-and-mortar sales later? This clarity at the beginning saves you reworks later.

2. Setup of three products from your actual assortment. You won't get an empty shell or example data from the internet. I will set up three of your actual products – with descriptions, images, variants, and everything that goes with it. These three products will also serve as your template: This way, you'll see exactly how to add more products yourself later using the same principle.

3. A well-designed homepage and navigation. The homepage isn't just decoration; it's your shop's business card. Visitors need to understand in seconds what it's about and where to click. The menu guides them there directly – whether to products, the blog, or important information.

4. Essential pages that build trust. About Us, Contact, FAQ, Shipping and Payment Information, Returns, Privacy Policy, Imprint – these pages may seem inconspicuous, but they are crucial for whether someone trusts you as a provider. They won't be forgotten with you but will be considered from the start.

5. Blog and newsletter fundamentals. The blog will be set up so you can use it directly to answer questions, tell stories, and link to relevant products. Newsletter registration will be properly prepared so you can collect contacts from day one – instead of only thinking about it months later.

6. Vouchers and discount structure. Whether it's a gift certificate for special occasions or an introductory discount for your first customers: These options will be set up directly so you can use them as soon as you're ready – not just when you've struggled through the settings yourself.

7. Preparation for connecting to brick-and-mortar sales. If you're planning a store, a market stall, or local pickup, we'll consider this from the start so that a later connection via Shopify POS doesn't become a retroactive construction site.

8. Design adaptation within a suitable theme. No wild experimentation, but a calm, reputable appearance that suits your product range and target group – and works just as well on a smartphone as on a computer.

9. Personal instruction. In the end, you don't just get a finished shop, but also an understanding of how it works. You should know where to change products, how to publish a blog article, and how to create a voucher.

10. Three months of personal support. After launch, small questions almost always arise: How do I change this text? How do I add another product? For three months, you won't be alone with these questions. This isn't unlimited all-round service, but it's precisely the security that matters in the crucial initial phase.

Why This Is More Than "Just Tech"

There's a big difference between "someone clicking your shop together" and "someone building something with you that fits you and that you can then continue to manage yourself." I don't work according to an anonymous agency process where you are just a number in a system. I focus specifically on your product range, your content, and your goals.

The goal is never to make you dependent. On the contrary: The shop will be set up so that you can independently add products, adjust prices, exchange images, or publish a new blog article. More valuable than any permanent dependency is the ability to truly understand and maintain your own shop afterward.

Equally important is the clear definition of the package. You know from the outset what's included – and what's not. This protects you from hidden expectations and also protects me from constantly having to renegotiate services. Fair for both sides.

Process and Timeline

Once all necessary content is completely available to me – meaning your product data, texts, images, and other information – the actual setup begins. The processing time is then approximately 14 days. This clear time limit is deliberately set: It only starts when everything is truly available, so that waiting times are not caused by missing materials, but rather by planning certainty for both of us.

If you yourself are still missing SEO texts or suitable images, that is not an obstacle: On request, I can also take care of creating SEO texts and images for your shop. This will then be done by individual arrangement, so you get exactly what you are still missing – without having to compile texts or image material yourself.

Ready for Your Own Shop?

If you're tired of selling your products through scattered messages, individual emails, or pure social media posts, and instead want your own well-thought-out place that sells, explains, and retains customers – then the Shopify Ready-to-Go Premium Package is made for exactly that.

Of course, I also make sure that your shop is built in a way that it is not only easily found on Google but can also be effectively cited by AI search systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI search. Clear structure, understandable content, and clean descriptions are the foundation for this – and that's precisely what I value from the very beginning.

This experience doesn't come from nowhere: I've been active on the internet since 1999. SEO has been part of my work from the start, and for several years now, I've been just as intensely involved with GEO – optimization for AI-powered search systems. So you won't get an off-the-shelf setup, but rather the knowledge from over two decades of internet experience.

Online Shop with various possibilities: Shop owner sends packages, provider sells digital guides, and event organizer sells tickets online.

You can book the service directly in my shop. If you have any questions beforehand – about your product range, the process, or the included services – simply contact me via the contact page: https://marion-schanne.de/pages/contact

A Shopify shop is quick to set up. But between an empty account and a shop that truly works for you, there's structure, experience, and personal guidance. That's exactly what you get from me.
